Archies Arch Support Thongs look just like ‘normal’ thongs, yet provide the same amount of support of a typical orthotic, providing comfort never before seen in a regular pair of thongs.
By addressing many of the issues associated with 'regular' thongs Archies have re-defined what your pair of thongs ought to be!

How to fit your Archies Arch Support Thong: In terms of fitting and width, Archies Thongs are a reasonably narrow fitting thong so do not be concerned if the outside edge of your foot hangs over the outside edge of the thongs as this is the normal fit for Archies Thongs. The most important thing is that the thongs are comfortable and the orthotic sits in the correct position on the foot.

We offer FREE shipping via Australia Post on orders over $150.
If a postage fee is required, we offer a flat rate of $10 for shoes and $15 for boots Australia wide.
Shipping to New Zealand is A$15.
All items will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order (except when your order is received during a weekend or public holiday when they will be sent the next business day).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note: This policy only refers to purchases made online. For purchases made in store, please refer to our in-store policy on your receipt.
We understand that purchasing online is harder to gauge your correct fit and we want you to be so happy with your purchase that you never want to take them off your feet!
If you do need to return your item we will happily offer you a refund (minus shipping costs) if the item is returned to the store within 21 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure all packaging is in tact and that the shoes are in an unworn, brand new condition.
If you would like to exchange your item, we will happily do this if the item is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Again, all items must have original packaging, in brand new condition.
We do not offer refunds on sale items unless the item is proven to be faulty. Exchange is available on sale items if the item is returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
